Linknovate was having issues with the deliverability of their cold email marketing. Despite trying various solutions and agencies they were unable to find a good solution due to the high security measures of their target market of research and development/innovation specialists.

SOLUTION
What was the scope of StoryGen’s involvement

StoryGen's first step in tackling Linknovate's deliverability issues were to setup dedicated SMTP servers for our cold email marketing. This method ensures high response rates no matter what industry or role we target. The allocated email domains have unique mechanisms like rotating IP addresses for both domains and the servers ensuring uninterrupted email deliverability.

Furthermore to solve the lead generation problem and ensure higher response rates, we needed to segment our approach for different industry trends and what topics each R&D prospect would focus on for their innovation needs.

By using our custom trained LLM and rigorous AB testing, we were able to pinpoint the crucial innovation topics each prospect would respond the most to. Focusing on key topics per industry like "Wellbore and deformation" on our Oil and Energy industry outreach, our AI personalized messaging helped to triple their meeting booking rates.
